Domestic and International Money Transfers

PTN is a brand of Faturamatik Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş., a payment and electronic money institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT). All its activities are supervised by the CBRT and meet the same high security standards as banks.

To collect money sent to you at a PTN point you need: the sender’s full name, the country the money was sent from, the reference number, the expected amount and a valid ID.

With PTN you transfer money in 3 easy steps: come to your nearest service point, fill in the transfer form and share the reference code with the recipient. The transfer is completed within minutes.

Only individual customers over the age of 18 can send and receive money.

At PTN points you can send or receive up to 250,000 TL, 10,000 USD or 10,000 EUR per transaction. Limits may vary by country.

You pay no fee or commission when collecting money sent to you at PTN points.

Your transfers reach the recipient’s name or account within minutes. In some countries, however, partner institutions may cause delays.

PTN points are trusted businesses where you can make domestic and international transfers. All of them are approved partners of Faturamatik, which is authorised by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye under Law No. 6493.

For transfers sent to a recipient’s name, you can request a correction at our branches or points as long as the recipient has not collected the money.

You can cancel a transfer sent to a name at our branches or dealers as long as the recipient has not collected it.

With PTN you can send money to a recipient’s name without needing a bank account.

Some PTN branches are open at weekends and on public holidays. You can transfer money there just as quickly, easily and reliably as on working days.

You can make domestic transfers with PTN at PTN points. To send money you need your national ID number, your mobile number and — depending on the transaction — the recipient’s details, an IBAN or card details. To receive money you need your national ID number, the transaction reference number and your mobile number.

To collect money sent to you at PTN points you need: the sender’s full name, the reference number, the expected amount and a valid ID.

With PTN’s domestic transfer service you can send money to a bank account or to a name, and pay rent, maintenance fees or credit card debt. Transfers to a name need no bank account: thanks to our wide dealer network you can send money anywhere in Türkiye — or collect money sent to you — quickly and reliably. What is more, you can do it every day of the week, even on public holidays and until late hours, without queuing, at your nearest PTN point.

Domestic transfers at PTN points are subject to the limits set by the rules and regulations of the Republic of Türkiye. For domestic transfers with PTN the upper limit is 100,000 TL.

You can transfer money quickly and without queuing at PTN points all over Türkiye. The money reaches the other side within seconds, and the recipient can collect it at the nearest PTN point with the reference number.

Among domestic transfers made at our PTN points, only transfers to a name can be cancelled — provided the recipient has not yet collected the money.
